Delete your ONISTA School Bell account

ONISTA School Bell is provided by XCEL MARKETING under the public brand ONISTA Automation.

Fastest method: use the app

1. Sign in to ONISTA School Bell.
2. Tap the red Delete account icon on the dashboard.
3. Read the confirmation and approve the deletion.

This authenticated flow revokes the Bell session and starts Bell-data deletion immediately.

If you cannot use the app

Email sales@onista.in from an address you can access. State that you want to delete your ONISTA School Bell account and provide the mobile number used to sign in. ONISTA will reply with ownership-verification instructions.

Never include an OTP, password, reviewer access code, or payment information.

Data deleted

The Firebase authentication identity and active Bell refresh sessions; Bell account and access records; Bell notification data and any optional Bell analytics data; the Bell eligibility and latest-order projection; and the FCM notification token stored with the Bell account.

Data retained

A deletion marker is retained to prevent future synchronization from silently recreating the Bell account. It is removed only after explicit OTP-verified re-registration or when the source can no longer recreate eligibility.

Bell deletion does not modify Orders or CRM records. Requests concerning those separate source systems must be handled by their responsible owner.

Timing

For email requests, ONISTA's service target is to acknowledge the request within 7 calendar days and complete it within 30 calendar days after ownership verification.
